We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24-48 hours. Please note that during periods of high demand this may take longer.

Site Survey

​

All projects and installations require a site survey prior to any work by one of our fitters. 

​

During our survey any damage or unsuitability will be highlighted and discussed with the client.

​

We will present options of colours and styles. Once an option is selected we will prepare an estimate. Actual colours may vary from samples due to differences in batch production. Samples are for reference only.

​

If vinyl needs replaced at a later date or there is existing vinyl in place we will not guarantee an exact match.

​

Estimates are valid for a period of 90 days. After 90 days all estimates will be reviewed and may be subject to change.

​

Payments

​

All projects are required to be paid in full in advance of any work commencing. Materials will not be ordered until full payment has been made.

All BACS payments must clear prior to installation date or purchase of materials.

Installation

​

It is the clients' responsibility to clear the work area of any obstructions such as furniture, ornaments or appliances etc prior to work beginning. Additional charges or delays may be incurred otherwise. Wraptor accepts no liability for damages caused to such items should they not be removed in advance.

We advise clients to plan in advance for the installation as we will require uninterrupted access to the wok area for the duration of work. Clients must be contactable at all times throughout the work by telephone or in person.

​

We may require the use of hot air guns to carry out the work and need access to a power supply. It is the clients' responsibility to inform Wraptor if this is not possible so alternate arrangements can be made.

​

Cancellations and delays

​

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any work due to unsafe or inadequate working conditions.

​

Customers have the right to cancel or reschedule however, this may incur extra charges.

​

On the day of installation prior to work commencing, a final inspection will be carried out additional to the site survey inspection. Any new findings will be discussed with the client and may incur extra charges should the impede any work.

​

All waste materials will be removed from the work area upon completion at no extra cost.

​

Aftercare

​

It is the clients' responsibility to practice correct maintenance of the vinyl. Failure to maintain could affect the performance, lifespan and warranty of the material.. Vinyl should be cleaned using mild detergents. Do not use harsh chemicals such as bleach or ammonia. Clean using soft cloths such as microfibre towels and do not use abrasives such as scourers or wire wool.

Spillages should be cleaned immediately. Some substances may cause stains. Wraptor accepts no liability for stains and damage incurred after installation and is not covered under warranty.

Warranty

 

All vinyl installed by Wraptor comes with a 10 year warranty against fading., cracking yellowing and discolouration. These do not include damages caused by lack of maintenance, misuse or neglect.

​

Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing by post or email. These will be subject to inspection to ensure the claim is valid and falls within warranty criteria.

Complaints

​

Any complaints or issues regarding staff conduct or professionalism can be submitted by post or email.

​

Staff abuse

​

We will not tolerate any abuse towards our staff in any form, verbal or physical. We reserve the right to cancel without notice and leave the job site if we feel our staff are being mistreated.
